Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. - How do I update my credit card info?
- Login to your management console, and click the "Account (Upgrade / Billing)" link in the upper right corner. Then, click the "Update Credit Card" button. Enter your new credit card info in the dialog that appears and click "Add Card". This new card will be used for all future charges.
- How do I cancel my account?
- Login to your management console, and click the "Account (Upgrade / Billing)" link in the upper right corner. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Cancel My Account" link in the "Cancel Account" section.
